How to get level 100+ pokemon with the mew cheat

Pokemonboy7051: This is a tutorial of getting level 100+ pokemon without gameshark or the missingno. cheat (tested, and it works), or as I call it,
"The Ingame Trader's Mew Glitch".

1. Do the Mew cheat, but after you defeat a trainer to restore back the start menu, go talk to one of the 9 ingame traders, don't do the final step of the mew cheat yet (the final step of the mew cheat is to fly back to the city that was near the route where you flew from a trainer, and go to that route).
2. Do the final step of the Mew cheat immediately after talking to an ingame trader (talking to an ingame trader should be the last thing to do before doing the final step).
3. In Pokemon Red/Blue, you'll encounter these pokemon:
-Level 139 SNORLAX (Talk to the one that gives you MR. MIME (MARCEL), then do the final step)
-Level 139 KINGLER (Talk to the one that gives you TANGELA (CRINKLES), then do the final step)
-Level 145 CLEFABLE (Talk to the one that gives you SEEL (SAILOR), then do the final step)
-Level 80 STARMIE (Talk to the one that gives you NIDORINA (TERRY), then do the final step)
-The rest of the ingame traders will cause a Level 80 MISSINGNO. to appear instead.

In Pokemon Yellow, you'll encounter these pokemon:
-Level 152 KINGLER (Talk to the one that gives you MUK (STICKY), then do the final step)
-Level 141 ELECTRODE (Talk to the one that gives you DEWGONG (CEZANNE), then do the final step)
-Level 80 SNORLAX (Talk to the one that gives you PARASECT (SPIKE), then do the final step)
-Level 80 CLEFABLE (Talk to the one that gives you DUGTRIO (GURIO), then do the final step)
-Level 80 STARMIE (Talk to the one that gives you RHYDON (BUFFY), or talk to the one that gives you MACHOKE (RICKY) then do the final step)
-The rest of the ingame traders cause a Level 80 MISSINGNO. to appear instead.

What causes these pokemon to appear was the nickname of the pokemon an ingame trader gave you, the 5th character of the nickname yields what pokemon you'll encounter in this glitch, and the 6th character of the nickname yields what level it will be (For Example: In pokemon r/b/y, one of the ingame traders will trade you a MR. MIME that is nicknamed MARCEL, because of its name, a Level 139 SNORLAX will appear in the Mew glitch (The 5th character of MARCEL is "E", which yields SNORLAX, and the 6th character of MARCEL is "L", which yields Level 139, I have tested this theory, and it works) ).
