Yuzihax from the Glitch City Laboratories forums, (I post as Torchickens there) started an OptionsDex for glitch options on Pokémon Gold and Silver just recently, you should check it out. For convenience, the code to modify the Pokédex on Pokémon Gold/Silver is 01XX2ACF
